LOVE IS THE WEAPON

For the new collection of LA*LIBERTY, a brand my partner and I created alongside our design studio, we aimed to deliver a message to the people of my country, who have endured over fifty years of conflict. We designed a series of patches inspired by military uniforms, transforming iconic military elements into symbols of positive vibes. With a touch of humor, we reimagined them as a love weapons.





QUOTES OF Mr. NOBODY

I’ve always been obsessed with leaving meaningful messages through my work, and writing has long been one of my greatest passions.
This project allowed me to combine both. These quotes, not authored by anyone famous, but me, became what I call Quotes of Mr. Nobody.
They were inspired by life’s contradictions. Rather than publish them as a book, I took a more artistic approach and transformed them into phrases worth framing, using various handcrafted techniques.








PRODUCT DESIGN AS A STRATEGY
The brand solution is not always a campaign but a product used as a medium. This is the story behind the Terramarte new collection.

Switching from selling bags to handbags isn’t just wordplay—it’s a smart move. In the world of reusable bags, design is key: if people don’t want to reuse them, they become waste. That’s why this shift reflects not only a strategy to go premium and global on a tight budget, but also a powerful insight—conscious design drives conscious choices. Under the concept “Buying with Consciousness is the Trend,” the product itself speaks for the brand, aiming to become part of people’s everyday lives.









THE TOT BAG



It was impossible to imagine a premium collection without a sleek version of the classic tote bag.

For this 2.0 version, we started by rethinking its versatility—far beyond the grocery store. We wanted a bag you could take to the office or the gym, and still look great in any setting.

We stepped away from bold, multicolor prints and opted instead for a single, thoughtful quote in a minimalist style. We added side pockets for a water bottle,a thermo, or umbrella; a top zipper and an interior pocket also with zipper to keep essentials and documents safe. The inner lining features a custom print with our logo, and we included long handles to make it more comfortable to carry.

This is what a premium tote bag looks like. A trendy bag you'll want to reuse—not just out of habit, but out of genuine style and commitment to the planet. A bag that says a lot about the person who carries it.






THE RECOVERED BAG


The commitment to the planet was born the very same day this brand was born.The commitment to innovation came later—as a tool to fulfill that mission.

Even though they carefully design their cuts and patterns to optimize material use and minimize waste, reducing it to zero is a difficult mission.

And in that challenge, we found an opportunity: a beautiful bag made from fabric scraps—remnants once destined for landfills—now reimagined through thoughtful design. It features an exclusive inner lining, lightly padded shoulder straps, an interior pocket, and a secure zipper closure.

A bag that stands for renewal, second chances, and life itself.
A bag full of color that always radiates joy and diversity.

A bag whose tag tells a story—and lets anyone who carries it express their commitment to the planet, without saying a word.




THE BULK BAG

This collection wouldn’t be complete without a bag that captures who we are as Colombians.

We set out to imagine a bag that could elevate the value of craftsmanship to the heights of fashion and exclusivity—and along the way, we realized that few things represent us better around the world than a coffee sack.

Jute—the natural fiber used to make the sacks that carry our country’s most iconic product—became the fabric we chose to craft our bags.

From there, we added elements not typically found in our products: metal hardware on the handles, a soft lining made from natural cotton fiber, and a one-color print carrying a powerful message that reflects our brand’s commitment to sustainability and to Colombian society.

A product that as Colombian brand, we are truly proud oF.



RRRAFIA BAG

Raffia bags (made from synthetic fibers) are another customer favorite thanks to their durability and price. But to truly fulfill their environmental purpose, they need to be reused as many times as possible—something that still isn’t happening, for several reasons. One of them is design.

So, we set out to completely modernize the concept of the bag by reimagining its design, message, and identity.

To make it more striking, we gave it a handbag-style silhouette. We added handles and straps printed with powerful messages, and took advantage of the high-resolution printing capabilities of the material to create colorful patterns that mimic fabric textures—giving it a more refined, less rustic look and making it much more appealing. And of course, the environmental message is front and center, delivered in the spirit of top fashion brands.

Who would think of using a grocery bag as a travel bag?
We would.

This product captures the very essence of this collection: to ensure bags are reused far beyond the supermarket—thanks to thoughtful design.

A spacious bag that fits everything you need. Crafted in durable military-style twill, it offers a timeless look that never goes out of style. With this bag, you can head to the beach, the mountains, the desert… take it to university, the office, the gym—and of course, the grocery store.

Its reinforced handles are stitched directly onto the body for added strength and weight support, and a clever strap lets you carry anything from trekking poles to umbrellas—even poster tubes or blueprints. Inside, it features a custom-branded lining, double interior pockets with Velcro closures, and a semi-waterproof secret pouch to keep damp items separate.

Never before has a bag offered so many uses—with so much style.

Sometimes it’s about quantity; other times, it’s about size.

That’s why we created the Big Bag. A bag that fits almost everything—and one you’ll want to take everywhere thanks to its clean, minimalist design. It features soft-touch microfiber fabric and premium craftsmanship, with thoughtful details like a fully lined interior that hides a semi-waterproof compartment—perfect for keeping damp items or shoes separate.

WHITESTWALKER

I’ve always loved photography. I may not have the technique, but perhaps I have the eye for it. This passion led to my blog profile, @whitestwalker, which—long before Facebook acquired Instagram—was featured as one of its recommended users.
I only post photos taken with my iPhone (from the 4 to the 14), often low resolution, with creamy and blue tones, and a minimalist style. I’m drawn to the beauty of loneliness and emptiness. Although the rise of algorithms, stories, and reels has made me post less frequently, I still occasionally find something worth sharing there.












MY BOOK.

Writing my own book has been one of the most exciting and challenging projects I've ever undertaken.
Don't Come to Me with Tall Tales is my attempt to rescue literature as a source of entertainment for the voracious consumers of social media.

To do this, I delve into everyday stories, using a more everyday language and experimenting with creative resources that encourage reader interaction. The book blends genres and breaks traditional narrative norms, offering a mix of comedy disguised as suspense, dramatic essays, graphic novels, hidden poems and aphorisms. You'll find alternative endings, reversed stories, and even pieces that connect with playlists or videos.

It's a collection of experiments designed to entertain and surprise, while celebrating the joy of storytelling in unexpected ways.
