BEYOND ADVER︎︎︎
TISING.

Other things that I think and do.

LOVE IS THE WEAPON

For the new collection of LA*LIBERTY, a brand created by me, and trying to leave a message for the people of my country, accustomed to living in the middle of a war of more than fifty years, we created a patch series inspired by the military garments. We converted, with a touch of humor, the iconic patches of military uniforms into a means to carry a message of love to the world in times of war. When the weapon is love, patrols spread hugs, snipers shoot kisses, and squads fight envy.

QUOTES OF Mr. NOBODY

I have always been obsessed with the idea of being able to leave relevant messages with many of the things I do, and one of my greatest passions is writing. This project allowed me to mix those two things.
These quotes were not written by any famous, so I decided to call them Quotes of Mr. Nobody. They were inspired by life's contradictions.
Instead of converting them into book pages, and thinking from a more artistic perspective,
I decided to turn them into paintings using different craft techniques.

WHITESTWALKER
@whitestwalker

I love photography, I don't have the technique, but maybe I have the eye that is needed. One of my favorite hobbies that made my blog profile @whitestwalker, long before Facebook bought Instagram, one of its recommended users.
I only share photos taken with my iPhone (from 4 to 14) many of them with low resolution, generally, with cream and blue tones and minimalistic style. I find beauty in loneliness and emptiness. Although with the arrival of algorithms, stories, and reels, I had reduced my post frequency, now and then, I find something to share there.

MY BOOK.

Writing my own book is one of the most exciting and demanding projects I have ever worked on.
Don't Come to Me with Tall Tales is a book with which I try to rescue literature as an entertainment source for the voracious consumers of social networks.
To achieve this, I explore more everyday stories in less sophisticated language and some creative experiments that promote interaction with the reader. I allow myself
to mix genres and break some narrative norms. There is comedy disguised as suspense, dramatic essays, graphic novels, hidden poems and aphorisms embedded between dramas and biographies, alternative endings, reversed stories, intertwined stories, fables without morals, false chronicles, urban philosophy, narratives that connect with playlists or videos, among others alienations.

A visual poem connected with one of my book short stories.

MY BRAND
@somoslaliberty

La*Liberty was the brand that I created parallel to my company,
a communication and design studio that also created its own products
inspired by military aesthetics and freedom.
This is a small sample of the kind of stuff we designed there.

MANIFESTOS

For a long time, I have been obsessed with the naive idea of constructing messages that transcend, lead to reflection, and work as inspiration to others. Perhaps that is the only legacy I could leave.
